What happens if my foundation shade doesn't match?
This is not a problem at all. If you have purchased a foundation and it doesn't match just send us an email to orders@becoyote.com and we will happily exchange the shade for you.
We do this all the time as we understand that purchasing makeup online is tricky and it is very possible that you may choose a shade that doesn't match.
So don't worry at all. We will happily exchange the shade for you.
Please note: Our new shade MF9.5 has not yet been added to theMatch My Makeup database, so it won’t be suggested in automated colour matches.If you’d like help finding your perfect shade, our team is happy to assist - simply email colourmatch@becoyote.com
Can you tell me more about your returns policy?
We have the best returns policy!
We want you to trust us with your makeup needs & believe it is important to provide you with the option to return your order for a refund if you are not satisfied.
We want you to test our products out at home for a few days & if you feel they are not what you are looking for, simply send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order to orders@becoyote.com to organise a refund.
We do this so that you feel comfortable to purchase from us.

The matches shown are the result of a rigorous and scientifically based analysis from Match My Makeup, ensuring consistent and reliable colour matches.
Your results will show as:
IDEAL MATCH: This shade is the closest possible match for you.
GOOD MATCH: This shade is a close match and will still work with your skin tone. There may be slight variances in colour.
NONE: Unfortunately, there are no matches in this product range that are within an acceptable margin.
