We have the best returns policy ever! If you don't love it, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a no questions asked full refund.
Faulty Goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item please email orders@becoyote.com immediately to request a Goods Return Form. This form must be returned with the product within 7 days after receiving your order. The returned product will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty a replacement with be sent to you.
What happens if I am unhappy with the products or change my mind?
Shopping online can be tricky so we have a trained team available to answer any questions you have before you place your order. We are here to help you and assist with any question you have.
