How to organise a return and refund

  1. Email orders@becoyote.com within 7 days of receiving your order and quote your order number & advise the product/products you wish to return.
  2. We will respond within 48hrs and provide you with the return address so you can post the products back to us.
  3. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your payment.

Common questions

Do I have to pay the return postage to send the products back to you?

Yes sending the products back will be your cost, and we will cover the costs to send the new exchanged products to you.

If I return my entire order for a refund, will I also be refunded the postage charge?

You will be refunded you total order amount, minus the postage charge.

Can I return part of my order but keep the rest?

Yes you can. For example if you have purchased 5 products and only wish to return 1. That is fine. We can refund or exchange the 1 product.

I love the Foundation, but the shade is not a match. What can I do?

Just email orders@becoyote.com and let us know. We can exchange for another shade. 

What happens if I have exchanged my foundation and the new foundation is not a perfect match either?

No problem at all.  We will assist you in the exchange process and will ensure you are happy with your foundation. We will do everything to ensure you are happy and receive a perfect match. There is no need to worry about this 😊

 

 

Faulty Goods

If you believe you have received a faulty item please email orders@becoyote.com immediately to request a Goods Return Form. This form must be returned with the product within 7 days after receiving your order.  We will happy exchange the product or offer a refund.

Our salon stockists run their business separate to ours, so any products purchased online can not be returned/exchanged at our stockists.
