Do you have a shop I can visit or a phone number I can call?

Our warehouse is not open to the public but our sister store SILENT EMPIRE will be opening soon and will retail the entire Be Coyote line. Address details: 11 AMP Lane, Albury NSW 2640.

We also have a select group of salon stockist located within Australia & NZ that you can visit. They will be able to answer you questions and demonstrate our products. You can also purchase directly from you nearest salon stockist.

Where else can I buy BE COYOTE?

Be Coyote is a professional Salon Line and can be purchased within select beauty salons or from our sister store SILENT EMPIRE - 11 AMP Lane, Albury NSW 2640.

Do your prices include GST?

For all orders within Australia, all prices are inclusive of GST.

Is BE COYOTE an Australia company?

YES we are proudly Australian made and owned. 

Will you be getting any new products?

We are always updating and growing our product range to keep up to date with the current trends.

We will always respond to your emails in a timely manner so if you have not received a reply from us within 48hrs, please check your junk folder as it may have gone there. Also please check the email address you have sent to is correct. For general enquiries customerservice@becoyote.com and for enquiries relating to an order you have placed orders@becoyote.com

I have not received my order

We will usually post all orders out within 48hrs of payment being received. During peak times this may take longer. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details so that you can track your order. If you do not receive this please check your junk folder or email orders@becoyote.com.

Please visit the shipping info page for a guide to delivery speed. Please note that once your order has left our office the delivery speed is out of our control.

If it is longer then the estimated delivery time and your order still has not been received please let us know and we will follow it up for you. orders@becoyote.com

I don’t know what shade foundation I need.

We can help!

Email a few photos of yourself to colourmatch@becoyote.com in good natural lighting and we will recommend the best shade for you.

Loose Mineral Foundation- we will also send you a free sample of the same foundation shade that you can try first so ensure a perfect match.

Liquid Foundation - Trial size foundations can be purchased if you wish to Trial the product first and test the shade.

Ensure you try the sample before opening the foundation as we will only exchange an UNOPENED Foundation.

If you try the foundation sample and it is not a match, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing orders@becoyote.com and we will happily exchange the shade for you.

Please note, if a recommendation is given, but you choose to order a different shade, then unfortunately we can not exchange the shade for you.

But if our recommendation is not a match we will happily exchange for anther shade.

To qualify for an exchange the original foundation must be returned UNOPENED.

Do you test your products on animals?

NO WAY! Be Coyote is a cruelty free, VEGAN makeup line meaning that we do not test on animals or use ANY animal derived products.

I am not confident in applying makeup. Can you help me?

YES we can!
